My son needed a tux for his senior prom. This was the weekend before Memorial Day. We called on Thursday and without hesitation they told us we can come in that night or even as late as Saturday and my son would be fitted, the tux altered and ready for pickup on Tuesday morning! I happily drove 45 min there and back! The only negative is for the man, who I'm assuming was the owner, who snapped orders at the woman who was assisting me. The tux rental came with a shirt, suspenders, shoes, and pocket square. Make sure to ask what shirt and accessories come with the rental. The tux mannequin in the store had a lapel flower that I thought came with the package, but it was not included. I looked up a YouTube video on how to fold the pocket square. My son was happy with the fit! He looked so handsome! I'm so grateful- thank you for taking care of us on extremely short notice! I highly recommend Sam Michael's!

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. Wally helped me get a full suit same day for a wedding (that includes the tailoring). I showed up at 11:30am and I picked it up at 3pm. Wally was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process and made sure to be conscious of the time while also helping out others.

Forget Mens Warehouse, this is the place to go. Mens Warehouse was where we went first and the tux we ordered never came in. They kept saying tomorrow all the way to today which the day we need it. In a panic I called Sam Michael's as the next closest place and not only do they have everything in stock, they immediately went to work to make it perfect for us. Excellent customer service! Super nice staff! Mike and Mary are the owners and are the literal best! They have a store showroom the same size with more inventory than Men's Warehouse and I can not say enough good things about this place. Thank you for saving the day!
